Check the audience and purpose before calling
Previously collected contact details do not automatically permit every new telephone campaign. The recipient’s status and the purpose of the call matter. A label such as business customer does not resolve every distinction involving natural persons and legal forms.
Keep the source and scope of permission
A CRM checkbox is insufficient without the date and wording used to obtain consent. Record what the person could expect and how permission can be withdrawn. Outsourcing calls does not remove the need for a valid basis.
Make opt-outs work across the campaign
Forms, scripts, privacy information and CRM settings should use the same rules. When an agency supplies contacts, obtain evidence of origin and permitted use. Trace sample records through the campaign and ensure an objection reaches every team and service provider rather than remaining in one separate list.
